Elliott R. Teel, Principal
Elliott has been practicing law in Maine since 2007 with a focus on real property and small business issues. A native of Connecticut, he previously worked in the environmental and energy fields in Washington, D.C. before attending law school at the University of District of Columbia. His undergraduate studies were in environmental studies and sociology at St. Lawrence University in northern New York.
He was previously on the Board of Directors of the Portland Independent Business and Community Alliance (better known as Portland Buy Local), and a Director of the Pond Island Association, an land ownership organization in downeast Maine.
Elliott also owns of a digital photography services company in Portland. He currently live in Cape Elizabeth with his two children.
Andrew Hill, Of-Counsel
Andrew is an attorney based in Brunswick , Maine. His statewide practice focuses on Land Use, Conservation, Municipal Law, Real Estate and Business Law.
Andrew graduated from the University of Maine School of Law, cum laude, in 2015. In law school Andrew spent extensive time studying Environmental and Administrative Law. In the Fall of 2014, Andrew was an extern at the Natural Resources Division of the Maine Attorney General's Office where he worked on several projects touching on a variety of local environmental issues.
Andrew lives in Brunswick with his wife Becca, their son Arthur, and their cat Vito. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys hiking New England's mountains, playing guitar, and a quality cup of coffee.
