One or two member LLC: $375 ; Multi-member LLC (3+): $550. State of Maine filing fees are additional.
Service includes filing the Certificate of Formation and Preparing the LLC Agreement. We can also get the EIN (tax-ID) which requires a member’s Social Security number - do not include that on this form.
